Matt Lauer can keep a cool head under pressure, so he wanted to see if he could pull off interning as an air traffic controller at New York’s JFJ Airport. He was doing this at the simulator so there was no danger to actual operations. Although this was done approximately 16 months ago, it still holds a strong interest, especially in light of today’s push to privatize the nations Air Traffic Controllers.
