The initial flight of the new KC-46A Pegasus was scheduled late in 2014. Much work has been done to ensure that the aircraft is the best possible product that it can be. A unique group of Senior Enlisted members have had the rare opportunity to take part in the development of the aircraft. The new fuel delivery process is now a state-of-the-art process, ensuring quick and efficient servicing of all U.S. and participating world aircraft. McConnell Air Force Base is a mid-central U.S. point for operation of the KC-46A Pegasus.
