King Charles III is set to make his first speech as King, speaking to the people of the United Kingdom who are mourning the death of Queen Elizabeth II. Queen Elizabeth died Thursday, at the age of 96. She was Britain’s longest-reigning monarch, having served on the throne for 70 years.
