MDO requires the Army to adaptively integrate, synchronize, and employ multiple technologies and capabilities across multiple domains (air, land, sea, cyber and space) and create windows of opportunities for commanders to exploit. This adaptive and rapid integration across the domains creates new intersections across time and space for achieving competitive advantages and overmatch from the dynamic convergence across the Warfighter Functions.
