C4ADS is a Washington, DC-based, non-partisan, non-profit leveraging unique people, unique data, and disruptive technology to address complex security challenges. Our work in cognitive informatics uses the C4ADS environment to conduct an ethnomethodolgical study of descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analysis to identify appropriate useage cases. Realizing that not all viewers will investigate this with great interest, it does offer privileged information regarding complex security challenges with an academic and military examination.
