Psibernetix, a company founded by a doctoral graduate from the University of Cincinnati developed an A.I. pilot who beat an expert human fighter pilot in simulation dogfights. Retired U.S. Air Force Colonel Gene Lee took on ALPHA, the A.I. pilot, in a series of simulations and was shot down or evaded each time.
